The Portland Trailblazers sent the Miami Heat to their 5th straight loss, and 6 out of their last 7. The Blazers defeated the Heat 105-96 Tuesday night.
The Blazers were led by Gerald Wallace’s 22 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 steals. LeMarcus Aldridge was the team’s high scorer with 26 points. Portland led most of the game, as they used a balanced attack to defeat Miami.
The Heat on the other hand relied heavily on Dwayne Wade and LeBron James, combining for 69 of the Heat’s 96 points. Wade scored 38 points, while grabbing 6 rebounds, and totaling up 5 assists. James came close to a triple double with 31 points, 11 rebounds, and 8 assists. The only other Heat player to reach double digits in points was Mario Chalmers with 10 points.
As the Heat’s struggles continue, their schedule gets tougher. They are in the midst of an 11 game stretch against teams that are above .500.
When will the crying stop?? It may not be anytime soon…
