The Miami Heat returned the favor to the San Antonio Spurs, demolishing them 110-80.
Ten days ago the Spurs spanked the Heat by 30 points, tonight was Miami’s turn with the belt. The Heat jumped ahead mid way through the first quarter and never looked back. Miami’s so-called big 3 matched the entire Spurs team with 80 points.
Chris Bosh had a monster night with 30 points and 12 rebounds. Dwayne Wade had another big game with 29 points and 9 rebounds. LeBron James had a balanced effort with 21 points, 6 rebounds, and 8 assists. Tony Parker led the Spurs with 18 points.
The win is the 3rd in a row for Miami after losing the previous five. It looks as if the victory over the defending champs last week has brought new life to the Heat. The Heat are now focusing on making a run at the top spot in the east.
