Today is the Opening Day of the 2011 MLB season. There were a lot of major moves this off-season and many teams believe that they are legitimate World Series contenders. Here are my predictions for the 2011 season.

Wildcard: New York Yankees

NL East: Philadelphia Phillies
NL Central: St. Louis Cardinals
NL West: San Francisco Giants
Wild Card: Colorado Rockies

World Series

Boston Red Sox vs. Philadelphia Phillies

Winner: Boston Red Sox
