Those who are traveling to Boston from outside of Massachusetts will not be able to grab a pair of the Air Jordan 13 Ray Allen PE from Concepts. Concepts announced on their site that they will only sell them to Massachusetts residents and they must provide a valid Mass ID. This may upset those coming into town but there are plenty of other Boston retailers releasing these. Some of the other locations will be using the wristband system to maintain line order.
