Jacoby Ellsbury launched a solo homer to straight away center field in the bottom of the 9th to lift the Boston Red Sox to a 4-3 victory over the Cleveland Indians. The blast was Ellsbury’s 2nd straight walk-off hit. Ellsbury hit a game winning single in the bottom of the 9th of last nights game against the Indians.

Jacoby Ellsbury is in the midst of a career season with a .317 average, 18 home runs, 65 rbi’s, and 31 steals. There is increasing talk around the league of Ellsbury being a potential MVP candidate. If Ellsbury continues to put up numbers, it’ll be hard to vote against him.
