Minnesota Timberwolves rookie point guard Ricky Rubio went down with a left knee injury during a loss to the Lakers on Friday night. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports, the Wolves are fearing that Rubio has a torn ACL and will have a MRI on Saturday morning.

If Rubio does indeed have a torn ACL he will be lost for the remainder of the season and most likely would not be able to play for Spain in this summer’s Olympic Games.
