Kentucky Hangs On to Win 2012 National Title

John Calipari finally has his National Championship. Calipari’s Kentucky Wildcats stormed out to a big lead early and then held on late to defeat Kansas 67-59 Monday night. Kentucky was led by Anthony Davis’ all-around effort. Davis struggled offensively scoring only 6 points but had 16 rebounds, 5 assists, 6 blocks, and 3 steals. 2012 Final Four: Cats Top Cards to Advance to Title Game

The Kentucky Wildcats are one win away from a National Championship! In the first Final Four game Kentucky withstood several Louisville rallies to take down their in-state rivals 69-61 and advance to Monday’s title game. Kentucky Claws Baylor to Advance to the Final 4

John Calipari has his boys back in the Final 4 as his Kentucky Wildcats dominated the Baylor Bears Saturday 82-70. Kentucky got out to a big lead early and never looked back. Michael Kidd-Gilchrist led the Wildcats with 19 points and Anthony Davis added 18 points. Kentucky will play Louisville in one of National Semifinal game.
