The Eastern Conference Finals are heading back to Miami tied at two as the Boston Celtics held on to win game four 93-91 in overtime.

After leading by as many as 18 points, the Celtics were forced to OT by the Heat. Boston only scored 4 points on the overtime period but it was enough because Miami only scored 2. Boston had six players who scored in double digits, with Paul Pierce leading the way with 23 points. Pierce fouled out for the third time in the last five games. Kevin Garnett recorded 17 points and 14 rebounds. Rajon Rondo finished with 15 points, 5 rebounds, and 15 assists. LeBron James led Miami with 29 points, including a game tying three in the final minute of regulation. James would foul out for the first time as a Heat in overtime. Dwyane Wade added 20 points but missed a game-winning three-point attempt at the overtime buzzer.

The series now shifts back to Miami for game 5 on Tuesday night.
