The Miami Heat are heading back to the NBA Finals as they ended the Celtics’ big three era in game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals 101-88.
After trailing by 11 in the first half, the Heat seized control in the second half and never looked back. LeBron James led the way with 31 points and 12 rebounds. Dwyane Wade added 23 points and Chris Bosh scored 19 points off the bench. Rajon Rondo recorded yet another triple-double in a losing effort with 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 14 assists.
The Miami Heat will square off with the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Finals. The Finals will kick off in Oklahoma City on Tuesday June 12th.
