USA Blows Out Argentina in Second Half; Finish 5-0

Team USA finished pool play 5-0 as they opened things up in the second half to defeat Argentina 126-97 in a hotly contested game.

Leading 60-59 at the half, Team USA opened things up early in the third behind 7 straight points by LeBron James and a three-point barrage from Kevin Durant. Durant hit five straight threes from all over the court in the quarter en route to a massive 28 point game. James finished with 18 points while Chris Paul scored 17 points. Manu Ginobili led Argentina with 16 points.

The Americas will square off against Australia in the quarterfinals on Wednesday.
