(7-3) Patriots 34 Chiefs 3 (4-6)
After a slow start the New England Patriots pulled things together, scoring 34 unanswered points to easily defeat the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Tom Brady to Rob Gronkowski connection was on display once again monday night. Brady and Gronkowski connected on two touchdowns included a spectacular 52 yard catch and run by Gronkowski. Gronk finished with 4 catches, 96 yards and 2 touchdowns. Brady completed 15 of 27 passes for 234 yards and 2 touchdowns.
Defensively, New England was led by cornerback Kyle Arrington who picked off two passes to move his league leading total to 7. Patriots receiver Julian Edelman had his best game of the season returning a punt for a touchdown.
The win pulls the Patriots into a tie with the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers for the best record in the AFC at 7-3.
