2012 NBA Playoffs: Too Much Heat, Miami Advances to East Finals

MIA wins 4-2

The Miami Heat are heading back to the Eastern Conference Finals after defeating the Indiana Pacers in game 6 to win the series 4-2.

After trailing 2-1 in the series the Heat won three straight behind their superstars Dwyane Wade and LeBron James. Wade was the offensive hero in game 6 as he poured in 41 points, including 26 in the first half. Wade also grabbed 10 rebounds. James had another terrific all-around game with 28 points, 6 rebounds, and 7 assists. David West led the losing Pacers with 24 points.

The Miami Heat will now wait for the winner of the Celtics/76ers series to see who they will meet in the East Finals. Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals will be in Miami on Monday night.
