2012 NBA Playoffs: Celts Go to South Beach and Stun Heat

The Boston Celtics are heading back to Boston just one win away from the NBA Finals after the stunned the Heat in Miami and won game five 94-90.

Struggling for most of the night, The Truth Paul Pierce rose up and nailed a back breaking three right in the face of LeBron James to put Boston up four with a little under a minute remaining. Boston would make all their free throws late to seal the upset. Pierce finished with 19 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists. Kevin Garnet had yet another monster game with 26 points and 11 rebounds. Rajon Rondo added 7 points, 13 assists and Mickael Pietrus scored 13 huge points off the bench. LeBron James led Miami with 30 points and 13 rebounds. Dwyane Wade put in 27 points in the loss.

The Celtics will look to close out the series back in Boston for game 6 on thursday night.
